• The phone number they will be at.
• The children’s names
• The time the parents should be home.
• The location the parents will be at.
• Phone numbers to reach the parents if the sitter needs to call them.
• Where your meeting place is in case of an emergency.
• Neighbors or relatives phone numbers that can help.
